Implant Extraction Kit developed with Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury The Implant Extraction Kit allows the guided extraction of osseointegrated implants. Thanks to the innovative yet simple guiding technique, the trephine diameter can be adjusted as closely as possible to the implant diameter. Thus, the extraction can be performed in a way that preserves most of the surrounding bone tissue. The kit contains five different sleeves, five different pins with threads and ten trephines, which differ in both diameter and length. For extraction of an osseointegrated implant, the matching threaded pin is screwed into the internal thread of the implant. The trephine is then selected based on the length and diameter of the implant. The matching sleeve is then attached to the threaded pin on top of the implant and serves as a guide for the trephine during extraction.

Implant Removal Kit developed with Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury The Implant Removal Kit is designed for the simple and safe removal of implants from the jaw. The threaded pins included in the kit contain two threads and can be screwed with one side into the internal thread of the implant to be removed. With the help of the removal shanks, which are screwed onto the other side of the threaded pins, the implant and the removal shank are locked together, allowing the torque to be transferred from the ratchet to the implant. After loosening, the implant can be unscrewed without damaging the tissue. After thorough medical assessment of the implant bed, a new implant with an identical diameter might be inserted.

Soft-Tissue-Tray Selection of Manual Instruments for Soft-Tissue Management | developed with Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury The new Bone Management® Soft-Tissue-Tray was developed with Prof. Khoury and is perfectly applicable in the context of soft tissue management. A special feature is the scalpel blade holder with swivel head included in the set, with which the scalpel angle can be freely adjusted depending on the processing area. This simplifies handling, especially in areas that are difficult to access.
